Personalized Jewelry: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing as we craft each personalized piece with attention to detail and customization.
Non-Personalized Jewelry: Orders for non-personalized items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Shipping:
Once shipped, you should receive your order within 4-6 business days. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Tracking and Delivery:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays by the shipping carrier.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns:

Lost/Stolen Packages:
Name Luxe Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
